Carl Fogarty Petronas Race Trailer

We were asked to build this motorcycle race transporter for Carl Fogartys brand new motorcycle racing team as the bikes were being built at Burton on Trent not far from us. He was sponsored by Petronas and required a unit to carry the bikes to race meets and form a workshop trailer when on site.

The trailer is a double deck unit with storage for bikes and kit in the lower section together with generator and compressor.

The upper section has a large workshop where all the tyre warmer carts and spare parts racks are stored when in transit. There are two work-surfaces either sides with storage cupboards above, a small kitchen in the middle and a meeting room / office in the front.
