Philip Payne Emergency Lighting 5,500 Kg Neat Displayflex Mobile Demonstration, Exhibition and Training Vehicle

Philip Payne, part of the Thorlux group of companies, manufacture emergency lighting here in Britain and they wanted a unit which could show off their products to their full potential. Neat are proud to support other British manufacturing companies like themselves who display the Made in Britain Logo, and every effort has been put into providing the team with a stunning vehicle for demonstration, training and exhibitions as they take their products around the country. The vehicle is a single hydraulic expanding 8.5 metre long Fiat Ducato with Alko chassis, with all the bodywork, externals, internals, displays and furniture built here in the Neat Vehicles Nottinghamshire factory. Inside the vehicle has six of our standard back-lit product display boards which have power and LED colourchange lighting behind them and vinyls and products were fitted to all of them so the lighting would work and spare boards provided so that when new products become available they can be populated and then easily exchanged for the existing ones. There is also a suspended lightweight ceiling with LED panel lighting and some of the companies ceiling mounted products fitted in there. Folding chairs are provided to enable 10 to 12 people to be seated on board with plenty of room for the presenter to show off the products. There is a 55″ smart screen with soundbar in the centre linked into the vehicles’ wi-fi booster system and a laptop can be plugged in to HDMI or cast to the screen. The onboard equipment consists of 4 kva onboard diesel generator, a split system air conditioning/ heater unit, a full size refrigerator, drinks machine, storage cupboards and a centre glass table with backlit LED colourchange lighting. There is the option to turn all the lighting off to simulate an emergency situation so that the lighting comes on and there is also the option to fit rollable magnetic blackout panels onto the windows. The windows can also be folded out to the sides to provide a fully open front if required. Pressed aluminium double steps and polished stainless steel handrails lead up to the double doors which are able to be opened back if needed.
