Royal Air Force Chinook recruitment trailer receives a Neat refurbishment

The Chinook replica we built 18 years ago for the Royal Air Force Exhibition and Marketing team has come in for its annual service this week. It is still looking good to say how old it is but needed a bit of refurbishment to some of the paintwork so we brought into our spray shop and refreshed some parts of it. It is now ready to face its exhibition season and will be touring round doing airshows and town centre shows so you may very well see it in a town centre near you.

The helicopter trailer was built from start to finish by us in our Nottinghamshire factory and gains admiring glances both on the road and at shows, we dont know how many people have gone through it but it has got to be in the tens of thousands. Below is a walkround video of the Chinook after the refurbishment.

Also below are three photos, one of a real chinook lifting our Mobile Air Traffic Control cabin we built for the RAF, one set up and one on the road.
