Our client for this unit was Mobile Air Traffic Control Systems Ltd who are another Nottinghamshire based company specialising in selling Air Traffic Control solutions who we have worked with for many years. The end user is based in Kuwait and is increasing their mobile capability with this unit
The Objective
To provide a transportable mobile air traffic control trailer with separate removable cabin which can be transported by road sea or air and deployed quickly.
The Result
We designed and built this mobile air traffic control trailer to be completely self contained with generator and air conditioning units.

- Full paintwork in satin green with Dinitrol chassis and scissors
- 7 metre high elevating hydraulic lifting mechanism
- Removable 6 metre 3 man Air Traffic Control Cabin with rollers and winch
- Dual Split system Air Conditioning units giving redundancy
- Storage cabinets throughout
- 10 degree angled windows with anti glare blinds
- Hydraulic extending stabiliser legs with Auto Level function
- Hydraulic Safety locks to deploy at half height and full height
- 3 Section stairs made from Aluminium with wheels at bottom stow in lockers
- Brushed stainless sectional handrails stow in locker
- RGBW LED strip lighting under console, hinged counter for access
- Antenna brackets and safety harness rails fitted at high level
